New Regulatory Requirements Now Enforced
In addition to the suspension, stricter compliance obligations have been introduced for all applicants. Going forward, failure to meet these updated requirements may lead to project cancellation and possible legal consequences.
Key Measures to Be Aware Of:
Letter of Authorization (LoA) Verification
Only valid and current LoAs will be accepted. LoAs that are incomplete, unclear, or improperly dated will be automatically rejected.
Renewal Applications
All renewal submissions must now include:
The legal name of the local entity involved.
A valid and verifiable tax identification number (TIN).
