Anatel has launched Public Consultation No. 17/2025, proposing the replacement of the current import procedure for telecommunications products (Act No. 4521/2021) with a new operating model that:
✅ Integrates Anatel’s administrative treatment directly into the Siscomex system;
✅ Establishes the mandatory fields for the Single Import Declaration (Duimp), as per Annex III of RFB Normative Instruction No. 680/2006;
✅ Aims to enhance import control and oversight, in line with Art. 9-A of Decree No. 660/1992.
