✅ The national government of Argentina has changed the requirements for the import and production of electrical safety elements in order to reduce costs and deadlines.
✅ The new regulation allows the use of recognized international certificates, such as CE (Europe), EAC (Eurasia), CCC (China), UKCA (UK), NOM (Mexico), SEC (Chile), Inmetro (Brazil) and UL (USA), eliminating the need for additional testing in the country.
✅ Repeal of previous standards that required mandatory local certification and audits in foreign factories.
✅ Low-voltage products (less than 50V) are exempt from state control.
Simplification of the certification process for national products and elimination of Customs intervention in certification.
