Mexico’s Secretaría de Economía (SE) issued an Agreement on October 28, 2025, modifying the Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) between the governments of Mexico and the United States for the conformity assessment of telecommunications equipment.
The updated MRA aims to streamline certification procedures, enhance regulatory cooperation, and facilitate cross-border trade in telecom devices. The modification will enter into force on October 29, 2025.
