Since November 24, 2025, Mexico’s Dirección General de Normas (DGN) has been experiencing technical issues preventing the proper upload of certificates to its official database.
As a result, recently issued or submitted certificates may not be appearing in the system, potentially causing delays in validation, product release, and regulatory compliance processes.
Authorities have not yet provided an estimated resolution timeline.
