The Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) has published Resolución 57/2026, introducing a major update to Argentina’s RAMATEL system.
The new regulation establishes a third-party product certification model, allowing recognized Certification Bodies to issue Certificates of Conformity (CoCs) for product registration.

🚀 Effective September 1, 2026: approvals will follow the mandatory third-party certification route.
