On Monday, July 28th, Anatel published Public Consultation No. 27/2025 in the Official Gazette and on the Participa Anatel platform. The consultation presents a new proposal for technical requirements related to the certification and approval of Personal Mobile Service (SMP) signal boosters.
The proposed requirements are aligned with successful regulations adopted by international agencies such as the FCC (USA) and Ofcom (UK).
Anatel invites all interested parties to participate in the consultation and submit their suggestions through the Participa system.
